Twenty-five products with current technical whitepapers sounds aspirational. It is operational. Every product listed here is either in production on Cloud Run, in active customer use, or in documented active development with a clear next milestone.

Production live at pulse.netrunsystems.com. Work execution and distributed compute: multiple AI agents collaborate on a codebase with no local Git checkouts — REST API only. Valkey hot state, Cloud Run scale-to-zero. Internal capability and flagship-SaaS candidate.
SecureVault
Production alpha. Rust core, AES-256-GCM, cross-platform identity, secrets, and trusted execution. 76% complete; pending external pentest and SOC2. Memory-safety design eliminates the vulnerability class behind the LastPass / KeePass / 1Password incidents.
Sigil Business Cloud — The Business Operating System
Sigil CMS
Production live. The core tenant, identity, content, website, membership, design, and plugin platform. Four external tenants plus the internal Poppies tenant; 40 plugins across content, commerce, communication, marketing, community, CRM, and dev tooling. Row-level-security multi-tenancy.
KOG — Sigil Sales

Production live at mage.netrunsystems.com, 90%. Digital publication engine: PDF → embeddable HTML5 flipbook with analytics, lead gate, search, and import. Pricing $40–$180/mo vs Issuu at $269. Stripe billing is the next milestone.
Intirfix — Sigil Finance
Production live; narrowed scope. Deterministic financial reconciliation — money expected from Square, Stripe, banks, and accounting actually reconciles. Dev stalled at 65%. MQ Admin Services uses it inside her KOG stack.
Poppies Artist Portal — Cooperative Edition
Production on Cloud Run. 45 consignment artists, Square POS; replaced ConnectTeam at $118/mo. The reference implementation for the Sigil Cooperative Edition, and itself a $50/mo KOG subscriber.
