Intirfix

Does the money you expected actually match the money that arrived?

Status: offline as a standalone service

The standalone Intirfix deployment is not currently running, and development on it has been paused since March 2026. Seven Intirfix plugins are registered and loading inside the Sigil platform today, which is where the reconciliation work is being taken forward.

The problem it solves

A sale rings up in a point-of-sale system. A payment processor takes a cut. A deposit lands in a bank account days later, batched with other deposits. Accounting software records something else again. Each system is internally consistent and none of them agree, and the work of proving they reconcile is done by a human with a spreadsheet at the end of the month.

Intirfix is the deterministic matching layer for that problem — scoring candidate matches across systems and flagging the discrepancies, particularly the fee differences that make a sale and its deposit look like different numbers.

What was built

Match scoring across systems

A reconciliation engine that proposes matches between records from different systems rather than requiring an exact amount-and-date pair.

Fee discrepancy detection

Flags where a gross sale and a net deposit differ by a processing fee, which is the single most common reason two correct systems disagree.

Bank, card and POS connectors

Banking aggregation through Plaid, payments through Stripe, point-of-sale through Square OAuth, alongside a wider connector library.

Multi-tenant by construction

Tenant-scoped PostgreSQL with role-based access control, built for a bookkeeper serving several businesses rather than one company's install.

Honest status on customers

Intirfix has never had a paying customer. Published pricing tiers were written but never billed against, and no pricing page is live.

Continuing inside Sigil

Seven Intirfix plugins — core, accounting, ecommerce, payments, marketing, CRM sync and reconciliation — are registered in the live Sigil platform.

Reconciling by spreadsheet?

The standalone service is paused; the reconciliation capability continues inside Sigil. Get in touch if this is your month-end.
