As-planned versus as-built
The expensive question on a construction project is not what the drawings say — it is where the building has quietly diverged from them. Survai reads LiDAR scans, detects mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements, and compares what was actually built against the DXF design intent.
Inference runs on CPU. There is no GPU requirement to get a result, which matters when the work happens on a site laptop rather than a render farm.
Survai runs inside the Netrun CAD workspace: the same service presents a Survai-first or CAD-first layout depending on which hostname you arrive on.
Capabilities
Live MEP detection
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements identified directly from scan data rather than traced by hand.
DXF deviation engine
Detected geometry compared against the DXF design intent, surfacing where as-built has departed from as-planned.
CPU-only inference
Runs without dedicated GPU hardware, so a result does not depend on specialist infrastructure.
Inside the CAD workspace
Integrated as a panel in Netrun CAD Web rather than a separate tool with its own import and export dance.
