Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, products, and services provided by Netrun Systems, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), a C Corporation with its place of business at 2325 Maricopa Hwy, Ojai, CA 93023.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Netrun Systems provides website and content management software, including the hosted Sigil Cloud platform, together with related technology and consulting services. Service availability, features, and pricing may change; where a change materially reduces a service you are paying for, we will give you notice as set out in section 6.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt service availability
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
- Resell access without written authorization
5. Intellectual Property
The software and content we provide, and the intellectual property rights in them, remain ours. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the service.
6. Payment, Subscription Terms, and Automatic Renewal
Plans and prices. Our self-service cloud plans are Starter at $29 per month, Pro at $59 per month, and Business at $200 per month. If you choose annual billing, you pay twelve times the monthly price as a single charge — $348, $708, or $2,400 respectively. There is no annual discount, and we are not going to imply there is one. Enterprise arrangements are priced separately by written agreement. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect.
Billing is in advance, and your subscription renews automatically. When you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your payment method the amount for the plan and billing period you selected, and to charge it again automatically at the start of each subsequent billing period — every month for monthly plans, every twelve months for annual plans — at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. There is no fixed end date. Your subscription continues, and charges continue, until you cancel it.
How to cancel, and how easy it is. You may cancel at any time, for any reason, and cancelling is self-service online — as straightforward as signing up was. Sign in, open Billing, and use the billing portal link to cancel. You do not need to call us, write to us, speak to anyone, or explain yourself. If you would rather we did it for you, email daniel@netrunsystems.com from the address on your account and we will cancel it and confirm in writing.
What cancelling does. Cancellation stops future charges. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it ends. We do not provide refunds or credits for the unused part of a billing period you have already paid for, except where the law requires it or where we have agreed otherwise in writing. You can keep using the service until the period ends.
Export your content before your subscription ends. The content export described in our End User License Agreement needs an active, signed-in account. Once your subscription ends you will not be able to run it yourself. Export what you want first, or email us and we will assemble it for you.
Price changes. We may change the price of a plan. We will give you at least 30 days of notice by email to the address on your account before a new price applies to you, and a price change will never apply to a billing period you have already paid for. If you do not want the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend your access until payment succeeds. We will tell you if that happens.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netrun Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Netrun Systems against third-party claims arising from your use of our services in breach of these Terms or in violation of law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time as described in section 6.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the place where you live.
