  • Growth & Innovation (15%) — Revenue growth rate, market share, R&D investment

People Outcomes (50%)

  • Workforce Management (25%) — Layoff frequency, timing, treatment, CEO sacrifice
  • Leadership Posture (25%) — Strategic direction, stakeholder trust, Glassdoor approval

The composite score is a weighted average (0-100), placing equal emphasis on business results and how leaders treat their workforce.
