- Financial Performance (20%) — Revenue growth, profit margins, ROA/ROE vs peers
- Stock Market Performance (15%) — Total Shareholder Return vs S&P 500
- Growth & Innovation (15%) — Revenue growth rate, market share, R&D investment
People Outcomes (50%)
- Workforce Management (25%) — Layoff frequency, timing, treatment, CEO sacrifice
- Leadership Posture (25%) — Strategic direction, stakeholder trust, Glassdoor approval
The composite score is a weighted average (0-100), placing equal emphasis on business results and how leaders treat their workforce.
